• Why hasnt it asked me for my sizes or food choices?

Once you place your order, you will receive your confirmation email with a form. The sooner your fill it out the better!

•  Can we expect to see CRD launching in other bands for NHC 2024?

NO! Mangrove  is our Home, We’re No Rolling Stone!

•  When and Where are you launching?

TODAY, for the first time CRD is launching virtually! so you can watch the launch and purchase your costume from the comfort of your own home.

•  Where can I see your Refund Policy?

Our Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy can be located here on the website. 

Can I opt for a payment plan?

Yes, your payments will be due on the 15TH of every month. Your FULL BALANCE MUST BE PAID BY AUGUST 15TH 2024. Consistent late payments unless previously discussed WILL result in your costume being re-sold.

Can I make a payment after Carnival?

NO, if you do not pay your FULL BALANCE by AUGUST 15th 2024 your costume will not be released to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund. You will also forfeit your deposit.

 

TIPS FOR THE ROAD

• Assign one corner of one of the Mangrove Mas Truck as your group meeting point. if anyone gets lost in the crowd you can all find each other easily at this truck.
• Drink Water All Day!!!
• If you are wearing fishnets, put on socks first so the net holes don’t squeeze your toes.
• Bring ear plugs
• Carry your vex money! or I’m lost Money!

 

Refund policy

Whilst we maintain the upmost quality some costumes may vary due to each piece of your costume being hand sewn and decorated by hand.

We advise you try on your costume during collection in the space allocated on the day.

The care given when handling the costume directly affects the longevity of the costume, Subsequent to collection the responsibility solely falls on the owner/holder.

 In review of Covid -19 lockdowns All deposits, payments and costumes are non-refundable. In the event of a lockdown postponing Notting Hill Carnival 2024 your costume will be transferred to the following year 2025. No refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be permitted as all your payments are used towards the cost of producing your costume components and any associated overheads.

 

By registering with Chesska Robinson Designs Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions they you may not participate in carnival with Chesska Robinson Designs. In these terms “we”, “us”, “our”, or  “CRD”, refers to Chesska Robinson Designs Ltd and “you” and “your” refers to you as the participant in Chesska Robinson Designs Ltd Carnival Mas section. We may modify these terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on our website; these changes to do not affect rights and obligations that arouse prior to these changes. Your continued use of our website or any of our goods or services following the posting of modified terms will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these terms periodically for changes. If you object to any provision of these terms or any subsequent modifications to these terms or become dissatisfied with our website, goods or services in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of our website, goods or services.

 

Sizing and amendments

Masquerader’s need to ensure their sizes are as accurate as possible, changes cannot be made after MAY 1^st 2024.
